David Brian Van’Ostrand, 53, and Christy Michelle Hudgins, 40, both of Silver Creek, were arrested after a verbal altercation became physical at a home on Abrams Road.
Reports stated that Van’Ostrand hit Hudgins, resulting in visible injury.
Reports went on to state that Hudgins thew a child’s toy at Van’Ostrand, resulting in an injury to his arm and face.
Both are charged with simple assault and battery.
