British Naica Office, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after allegedly beating a child at a location on Aubie Lane.
Reprots stated that Office kicked a 12 year-old girl in the head and face, which resulted in visible bruising and redness.
Office is charged with aggravated battery, battery and cruelty to children in the first degree.
