Ronald Wayne Salmon, 60 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was found driving a stolen motorcycle.
Reports stated that Salmon was pulled over near Lee Street and found to have been driving an unregistered motorcycle, as well as with no insurance. It was discovered that Salmon also possessed part of a stolen motorcycle.
Salmon is charged with concealing identification of a motor vehicle, acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing ID of a motor vehicle, buying or selling a motor vehicle with altered serial numbers, habitual violator, driving on a suspended license, theft by receiving stolen property, driving without insurance and unregistered vehicle.
