Timothy L. Wilson, 40 of Rome , was arrested this week after an altercation with a victim in which he “used abusive words like get that bit*h”.
Police stated that Wilson used the words in order to incite “an immediate breach of peace”.
The altercation occurred at a home Aubie Lane.
Wilson is charged with disorderly conduct.
