Ricky Scott Moore, 37 of Rome, was arrested in Cherokee County, Alabama after he allegedly physically attacked his 27 year-old wife.
Reports said that Moore hit his wife in the face with his face, resulting in visible injuries to her face.
The alleged incident occurred back on July 25th at a location on Martha Berry Blvd.
Moore is charged with battery, simple assault, criminal trespass and probation violation.
