Vincent Lamar Watts, 51 of Cave Spring, was arrested on Martha Berry Blvd this week after he was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe containing suspected methamphetamine.
Reports added that while being placed under arrest, Watts resisted the officers attempts to place him in custody.
Watts is charged with possession of meth, two counts possession of drug related objects and three counts obstruction of law enforcement.
