Narraton Brooks, 26 of Atlanta, was jailed in Rome this week following an investigating dating back to 2016.
Reports said that Brooks was identified as being part of a burglary/smash and grab ring that went throughout Floyd County last year.
Police stated that Brooks was a member of a street gang based in Oakland City.
Brooks is charged with violation of the Georgia RICO act.
