Hannah Natoya Nesbitt, 31 of Rome, was arrested after she allegedly beat her 7 year-old son with an electrical cord.
Reports stated that the child suffered visible marks and broken skin to his back and right arm.
The incident occurred back on September 18th of this year at an apartment on Dodd Blvd.
Nesbitt is charged with cruelty to children.
