Brian Thomas Kleine, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly stole a man’s credit card and then used it to rent a hotel room.
Reports stated that the credit card, which belonged to a Cave Spring man, was also used to make several other purchases.
Kleine is charged with first degree forgery and theft by taking.
