Justin Wade Lively, 29 of Rome, was arrested at a woman’s home on Paris Drive over the weekend after he allegedly came to the residence while intoxicated and began to place two people “in fear of their safety”.
Reports said that Lively proceeded to disobey officer’s commands while being loud and boisterous in public while intoxicated.
Lively is charged with two counts of simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunk.
