Johnny Alvin Kimbrough, 44 of Rome, and Brian Austin Kimbrough, 18 of Proctor Arizona, was arrested this week after they allegedly went into a business on Martha Berry Highway and stole 5 outside lights.
Reports stated that the lights were outside business lights and were valued at $800.
Both men are charged with theft by taking and criminal trespass.
Johnny Kimbrough is additionally charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
