Henry Keith Underwood, 37 of Ballground, was jailed in Rome this week after he was allegedly found in possession of $1,300 worth of items that was stolen earlier this year.
Reports said that luggage, clothing and funeral home effects were taken from a Walker Mountain Storage Facility back on March 30th.
The property was identified by the victim as part of a search warrant obtained after a police chase back on April 7.
Underwood is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
