Christopher Akena Barton, 27 of Rome, was arrested after he allegedly was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana that was packaged in individual packages near a housing authority.
Barton is charged with possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of synthetic marijuana within a housing authority.
