Irvin Theodore Anderson, of Rome, was arrested Saturday after h allegedly stole a vehicle and money from an unidentified woman at a home on Reservoir Street.
Police said that the theft occurred just after midnight Saturday.
Anderson is charged with felony theft by taking an automobile and misdemeanor theft by taking.
