Edward Lamar Baker, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly assaulted four people at a home on Wayside Road.
Baker is charged with “placing four victims in fear for their safety by hi aggressive demeanor and his erratic actions”.
Baker is charged with four counts of simple assault.
