Billy Franklin Miller Jr, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after kidnapping and battering a woman.
Reports said that Franklin thew an iPhone encased in an Otter Box at a woman, resulting in it hitting her right eye. The impact caused the woman’s eye to bleed and swell.
The victim stated that after stumbling over two tables and a lamp she attempted to leave the home while yelling for help.
The victim said that Miller then grabbed her and pulled her back in the home as she continued to yell for help.
Miller is charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment and aggravated battery.
