Julie Kava Carnes, 38 of Birmingham, Alabama, was arrested in Floyd County after she allegedly pawned a stolen ring valued at $400.
Reports said that the crime occurred in a vehicle that was parked on Lindsey Drive back on March 19, 2016.
Carnes is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
