Anthony Jerome Heath, 46 of Rome, was arrested on Sunday after he allegedly was found to be in possession of numerous drugs on North Broad Street.
Reports said that police found a glass smoking pipe containing cocaine, along with synthetic marijuana.
Heath is charged with possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug related objects.
