Jason Lee Mull, 42 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday after leading police on a chase starting at Shoreline and Elliot Drive before ending at his home on Plymouth Road.
Reports said that Mull refused to pull over for police after failing to maintain his lane of traffic. They continued that after stopping at his home he was found with two bottles of empty liquor inside.
While being placed under arrest, police said that Mull fought with four officers.
Mull is charged with four counts of obstruction of police, two counts open container, failure to maintain lane, DUI, attempting to elude police and driving on a suspended license.
