William Paul Padgett, 44 of Rome, was jailed recently after he allegedly tossed a chair and multiple other objects toward his underage children.
Reports went on to state that Padgett proceeded to yell at his children while in the presence of law enforcement officers, which resulted in his young daughter to start crying.
Authorities added that he then threw a glass bread container, causing it to break.
Padgett is charged with simple assault, cruelty to children, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
