Elmer Dan Hartline, 55 of Rome, was jailed on Thursday after he was accused of threatening to rob and elderly woman.
Reports stated that Hartline told the woman, who is over the age of 65, that he was going to rob here while pretending to have a gun under his shirt.
The incident occurred at a location on Turner McCall Blvd.
Hartline is charged with aggravated assault.
