Colin David Horsley, 70 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday after he was allegedly found to be in possession of child pornography.
Reports stated that Horsley was found with a photograph of a pre-pubescent female, under the age of 18, nude from her waist down. The photography also showed her hands wrapped around an “adult male’s erect penis.”
Horsley is charged with possession of child pornography.
