Johnathan Veach Dockray, 38 of Armuchee, was arrested near Brandon Burke Insurance Agency after he was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Reports stated that Dockray possessed a pipe containing smoked meth residue.
Dockray is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects.
