Stanley Edward Stephens, 66 of Silver Creek, was arrested on Monday after police said he stole several parts from a Freightliner truck on Rockmart Highway.
Reports stated that Stephens stole diesel, four batteries, a starter and an alternator from a man between January and May of this year.
Stephens is charged with felony theft by taking from a motor vehicle.
