Ebony Monet Elkins, 39 of Rome, was arrested Tuesday after police said she attacked a man with a crutch at a home on Clark Street.
Reports said that Elkins hit the victim with the walking crutch, which resulted in two visible marks on his left forearm.
Elkins is charged with battery.
