Frank James Donaldson, 51 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly made physical contact of an “insulting and provoking nature” with his girlfriend.
Reports stated that Donaldson grabbed his girlfriend’s arm and then proceeded to scratch her, which resulted in physical marks being made.
Donaldson is charged with simple battery.
