Michael Mark Penson, 22 of Rome, was arrested on Thursday after being charged with attacking another man with a deadly weapon at Syntec located on Westside Industrial Boulevard back on June 12th.
Reports said that Penson hit the victim in the head with the weapon, which could have resulted in serious injury.
Reports added that the victim did receive numerous stitches to his head.
Penson is charged with aggravated assault.
