Cedric Jerome Sams, 24 of Rome, was arrested on Monday after he allegedly kicked the door to his girlfriend’s Redmond Circle home off of the hinges.
Report said that Sam’s forced his way into the home after he “realized that his girlfriend and another man were inside”.
Reports added that four small children witnessed the incident.
Sams is charged with criminal trespass and cruelty to children.
