Shamari Tyler Agee, 25 of Rome, was arrested Monday after an altercation at a home on Branham Drive.
Reports said that Agee used profane language in front of a 10 month-old child “without provocation.”
Police stated that Agee then resisted arrested when he attempted to pull away from officers.
Agee is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of law enforcement.
