A 66 year-old homeless Rome man, David Crawford, was arrested after he was found laying in the road at the intersection of Superba and Woodward Streets.
Reports said that a search of Crawford led police to find synthetic marijuana rolled into his shirt.
Crawford is charged with the purchase and possession of synthetic marijuana.
