James Nicholas Trammell, 20 of Rome, was arrested on felony shoplifting charges while being employed as an overnight stocker at the East Rome Wal-Mart.
Reports said that while working as a stocker in the store Trammell took numerous cell phones and sporting good equipment valued at over $1,500 from January 1 to March 22 of this year.
Trammel is charged with felony theft by taking.
