Amber Elizabeth Shaffer, 25 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday after she allegedly told a woman that she would “beat her @$$” while at the Circle K on New Calhoun Highway.
Reports said that the threat was made in front of the store manager
Shaffer is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
