Bridgett Nicole Duke, 35 of Rome, was arrested on Wednesday after she allegedly took several checks from a 74 year-old woman without her permission.
Reports stated that Duke filled the checks outs and signed the victim’s name before cashing them for her own personal use.
Duke is charged with exploitation and intimidation of disabled or elderly person.
