Rome Woman Arrested After Attempting to Pass Cigarettes to Inmate

Amanda Marie Master, 33, of Rome was arrested after she attempted to give an inmate at the Floyd County Courthouse two cigarettes.

Reports said that Master attempted to pass the contraband to Daniel Welchel in Courtroom B back on April 18^th of this year.

Amanda is charged with items prohibited by inmates without authorization of a warden.
