Caitlyn Noelle Akemon, 21 of Rome, was arrested Thursday after she allegedly paid her water bill with another person’s bank card without their consent.
Reports stated that the bill of $96.35 was paid over the phone back on March 24th of this year.
Akemon is charged with financial transaction fraud.
