Brian Allen Howell, 46 of Rome, was arrested Monday after he allegedly stole items from the Dollar General on Kingston Avenue back on April 4th.
Reports added that police found Howell this week and was taken into custody. Authorities added that a search of Howell turned up a meth pipe with drug residue and a metal straw used for smoking oxycotin.
Howell is charged with theft by taking, possession of drug related objects, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.
