David Anthony Blalock, 38 of Rome, was arrested Saturday after he was found acting in a violent and aggressive manor toward a male victim in Cave Spring . Reports said that the victim indicated that he was in fear for his life and he thought he was going to be cut with a knife. .
A knife was later found on Blalock.
Reports added that Blalock was intoxicated at the time of the arrest
Blalock is charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, public drunk.
