Austin Taylor Henderson, 21 of Rome, was arrested Sunday after police found scales and baggies, along with a quantity of marijuana.
Reports added that he then admitted to selling marijuana to police.
Henderson is charged with possession of drug related objects and the purchase, possession, manufacture and distribution of marijuana
