Tyler Grant Pavlovsky, 28 of Lindale, was arrested Monday after reports said he deprived Cash America Pawn out of property valued at less than $1,501.
Reports stated that Pavlosky used “deceitful means to use the proceeds from the sale of sale property for his own use.”
The theft occurred back on February 18, 2017.
Pavlosky is charged with theft by deception.
