Larry Joe Jackson, 50 of Rome, was arrested after being found with an open container of alcohol in his vehicle during a traffic stop on East 12th and 2nd Street .
Reports added that a glass smoking deice with suspected cocaine residue.
Jackson is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug related objects and open container.
