Angel Ovidio Baten, 19 of Rome, was arrested Thursday after he allegedly stalked a 21 year-old woman at her house on Harrison Road.
Reports stated that the came to her home on three different occasions after being told not to Thursday. They added that he also comes to watch her at her place of employment.
Baten is charged with stalking and criminal trespass.
