Johnny Lee Dublin, 44 of Rome, was arrested on Thursday after authorities said he ran from them in an attempt to avoid arrest.
Reports stated that Dublin ran from them after deputies, ignoring numerous commands to stop. Dublin was wanted on three counts of failing to pay his child support.
Authorities stated that Dublin was thousands of dollars behind in paying his dues.
Dublin is charged with obstruction of law enforcement, failure to appear and three counts of contempt of superior court.
