Jason William Pilcher, 38 of Rome, was arrested Sunday morning on Brown Street after police said they found over an ounce of marijuana, scales and plastic bags used to distribute the drug.
Reports added that police also found Xanax and Clonazapam pills on his possession.
Pilcher is charged with drugs not in original container, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, two counts of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.
