Eric McNeil, 44 of Rome, was arrested at a home on Hull Avenue Monday after he allegedly physically attacked a 23 year-old man.
Reports stated that McNeil placed his hands near the victim’s throat, grabbed his collar, which resulted in a nail laceration. Reports added that McNeil then pushed the victim out of the home.
McNeil is charged with battery.
