Edward Lee Clipper, 39 of Rome, was arrested on Sunday after reports stated that he made unwanted physical contact with a 56 year-old woman’s genitals and inner thigh area.
Authorities stated that the contact occurred at a home on Stonewall Street.
Clipper is charged with sexual battery.
