Devin Darnell Burdette, 26 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after he broke a 76 year-old man’s television set at his one on Crane Street.
Reports stated that he punched the man’s TV with his left hand, causing the screen to shatter.
Reports added that the crime occurred in front of two juveniles.
Burdette is charged with two counts of child cruelty and criminal trespass.
