Jaden Dee Tate, 20 of Rome, was arrested near Callier Springs Road Friday on numerous drug and weapon charges after police allegedly spotted him driving without a seat belt.
Reports stated that after being pulled over officers discovered that Tate was wanted on charges of possession of a sawed off shotgun and more. Officers said that on November 6th of last year Tate was allegedly found in possession of a sawed off .20 gage shotgun, a glass smoking device containing meth and three prescription pills packaged in a cigarette wrapper.
On Friday Tate was allegedly found with marijuana during the stop.
Tate is charged with possession of a sawed off shotgun, possession of marijuana, drugs not in original container, possession of drug related objects, possession of methamphetamine, and driving without a seat belt.
