Jonathan Byron Tyler Callahan, 20 of Rome, was arrested Sunday after he allegedly slapped a picture frame off of the wall of a home.
Reports added that the glass of the frame shattered in her direction.
Police went on to say that the glass could have caused 57 year-old female victim harm.
Callahan is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
