Joshua Tillman Lee, 32 of Cedartown, has been arrested on numerous charges after he allegedly wrote $1820 in checks from an elderly victim’s account.
Lee is charged with five counts of fourth degree forgery, four counts of theft by receiving stolen property, and felony elderly abuse.
Reports stated that the victim reported that Lee had recently moved out of his house and that five of his checks had gone missing.
Reports added that the victim discovered that his account was overdrawn after checks for $300, $340, $380 and two for $400 were written between December 16 and 23rd of last year.
