Henry David Nails, 47 of Silver Creek, was hit with additional charges this week after he was accused of stealing a 1998 Dodge Ram truck from a home on Ellis Road.
Reports stated that Nails stole the truck back on January 26th of this year and took it to Newell’s recycling where he signed documents stated that the truck was his.
Ellis is charged with false swearing and theft by taking motor vehicle.

Reports said that when officers commanded Nails to stop he attempted to flee on foot.
A search of Nails uncovered drugs.
Nails is charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and obstruction of law enforcement.
